Common questions

I lost my progress after changing phones
If you signed in before, sign in with the same account on the new device and choose Restore at the prompt. If you played without signing in, progress lived only on the old device — write to us with your old device model and rough level and we will do what we can.
I paid for something and did not receive it
Use Restore purchases in the game’s settings first. If it still does not appear, send us the store receipt from your Google Play or Apple purchase history and we will grant the item manually.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the stores, so refunds go through them: Google Play under Order history → Report a problem, or Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us as well and we will support a legitimate request.
An ad froze the game or looked inappropriate
Send a screenshot and the advertiser name if you can see it. We can block specific advertisers and ad formats in our network settings, and we do.
Can I turn off personalised ads?
Yes. Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. iOS: decline the tracking prompt or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
My child is playing — what data do you collect?
In child mode: no account, no email, no personalised ads, no tracking identifier. The full explanation for parents is in our Children’s Privacy notice.
