Ask us to delete your account and game data, or just to tell you what we hold. Fill this in and it opens a pre-written email — or write to [email protected] directly. We confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Removed

Your account record and sign-in link, email address, display name, cloud saves, game progress, in-game currency and unlocks, leaderboard entries, and support correspondence.

Kept, or not ours to delete

Fully anonymised, aggregated analytics counters that can no longer be linked to you; records we must retain for tax or fraud-prevention law; and purchase receipts held by Google Play or Apple, which only those stores can remove.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — progress, unlocks, and any purchased items are lost. If you only want to stop data collection, choose the analytics and ads option instead. Deleting your data does not automatically cancel a subscription; do that in your store account.
