Ask us to delete your account and game data, or just to tell you what we hold. Fill this in and it opens a pre-written email, or write to [email protected] directly. We confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Removed

Your account record and sign-in link, email address, display name, cloud saves, game progress, in-game currency and unlocks, leaderboard entries, and support correspondence.

Kept, or not ours to delete

Fully anonymised, aggregated analytics counters that can no longer be linked to you; records we must retain for tax or fraud-prevention law; and purchase receipts held by Google Play or Apple, which only those stores can remove.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Progress, unlocks, and any purchased items are lost. If you only want to stop data collection, choose the analytics and ads option instead. Deleting your data does not automatically cancel a subscription; do that in your store account.
